When the code does not arrive — Best Virtual Number for Telegram
If a Telegram code is late, wait within the reservation window, retry once, then cancel, and read the provider's refund terms before you buy.
Waiting, retrying and cancelling
Codes can arrive late for many reasons. Carrier routing, country, operator and Telegram's own checks all play a part. Telegram may also limit repeated code requests and ask you to try later. If the number already has a Telegram account, the code may go to that app instead of SMS.
Request the code once and wait. VoIPStore says a number stays reserved long enough to receive the code, typically up to about 20 minutes. Use the resend option once if Telegram offers it.
If no code arrives within the window, cancel the order where that option appears. Then try another number, operator or country. Record the time of each attempt so support can follow your steps.
Reading refund terms and costs
VoIPStore's site says numbers that never receive a code are refunded automatically to the balance. Its terms say refunds after credits are used are at staff discretion, except for technical errors. Read both texts before you buy, since they cover different cases.
Payment is a prepaid balance in EUR, pay-as-you-go, with no subscription. Prices are per activation. The number and price show before purchase, and the final price depends on the provider and operator picked at checkout. Current prices are in the data block or at checkout.
For help, VoIPStore lists an automated assistant on Telegram, @VoIPStoreAssistanceBot, and email at info@voipstore.xyz. Include order details and attempt times when you write.
An illustrative check
Test one low-stakes purchase before relying on the service for an important sign-up.
- Note your balance before buying.
- Buy one Telegram number and record the time and the country label shown.
- Request the code once and note when it arrives, or that it does not.
- If it does not arrive, cancel or let the reservation end, then check the balance again.
Compare the balance change with what the refund text says should happen. Keep screenshots with times in case you contact support. This is a proposed check, not a reported VoIPStore test. Confirm current refund terms and prices on VoIPStore's official site.
